We use 3D printers to propose solutions.
We utilize 3D printers to provide the solutions regarding extrusions from design to mass production. We introduce the examples of our solutions.
Case-1 Cost Reduction of Trial Production
We proposed the solution regarding the extrusions of door corner covers. Conventionally, we made the mold for a prototype and tested the prototype. After adjustment, we had to make new molds for mass production again. We could reduce the cost through checking the prototypes which were made by 3D printer.
Case-2 Cost Reduction of Trial Production
We proposed the solution regarding set up materials for bathroom parts. We proposed the design of the extrusion profile and stuck HOTTY Gel on the extrusion to make Gel Gasket. After checking the performance of the trial products, we produced the mold for mass production.
Case-3 Improvement of Inspection Efficiency and Equalization of Inspection
We proposed the improvement of inspection efficiency and the equalization of inspection. We made jig blocks with 3D printer for improvement of inspection efficiency. We received good evaluation from our customer.
Case-4 Cost Reduction of Trial Production
We proposed the solution regarding sealing materials for bathrooms. We proposed the design of the extrusion profile and made samples using RTV silicone and the mold made by 3D printer. We could check the tracking of the corners using the extrusion samples.
Case-5 Cost Reduction of Trial Production
We proposed the solution regarding machine parts. We made PLA extrusions as hard part by 3D printer and stuck HOTTY Gel on the extrusions for checking the fitness of the products.
Case-6 Cost Reduction of Production
We proposed the solution regarding airtight materials for buildings. We
made the PLA mold by 3D printing for RTV Silicone Rubber to deal with the
small-sized lot production.
